RGDA MEMBERS DISCOUNT – 20% (please contact us at contact@rgda.ro to get the discount code). Employees of companies which are members of RGDA (the Romanian Game Developers Association) are eligible for a 20% discount. Please check with your company management or contact RGDA (contact@rgda.ro) to receive your industry member discount voucher before registering.
START-UP DISCOUNT – 30% (please contact us at contact@rgda.ro to get the discount code)
START-UP PASS - equivalent to Conference Pass, only available for startups / indies with max 1 game released. Proof of eligibility required prior to on-site registration. Dev.Play reserves the right to deny access to the event if proof is not presented. Please contact info@dev-play.ro for details.
IMPORTANT NOTICES
1/ In-person attendance: The Dev.Play Conference and Romanian Game Awards are events taking place exclusively in-person. We reserve the right to decline access to persons which are not appropriately dressed or bother other attendees. Smart casual dress code is accepted for both Dev.Play Conference and Romanian Game Awards, although for the Awards we recommend more formal attire.
2/ Pictures & videos: By participating at Dev.Play Conference and the Romanian Game Awards, you accept to be photographed or filmed by our professional staff. Such materials may be used by organizers for promotional purposes (for example, on social media, etc).
3/ Personal Data: By registering for the event, you agree to provide data, which are necessary for the tickets sales operations. The information recorded is intended for use by Dev.Play and are communicated only to the following recipients: the data subject, commercial partners (sponsors), the company's employees, other natural or legal persons who process personal data on behalf of the company (eg lawyers, consultants, accountants, auditors) counterparties the company, police and judicial authorities (at their request), banking companies (where payment is attempted and / or performed by card) or other natural or legal persons imposed by Law no. 677/2001.
